Odette was amazing she was kind, detailed, fast and professional . She wash, blow dried and installed micro braids that I will turn into locs later Location has changed with braiding shop on the bottom floor and a barber shop on 1st floor. Call ahead and have pictures for the best results. I recommend her 1000%

I got individuals here and was more than satisfied so when I wanted crotchets I returned. DO NOT COME HERE FOR CROTCHETS!!! The woman who braided my hair made the cornrows so small it felt like she was ripping my hair out when she was using the crotchet needle through. I was in so much pain, I didn't thoroughly look at my hair when I left. The next day I went out of town for a wedding&realized she left so much cornrow exposed in the front. If you want regular individuals or Senegalese twists they are great. Not so much with other styles

I've been to this braiding stylist thee times. They did a great job each time and I am very satisfied. The first time, I made an appointment and requested 'tree Braids' which is a complex braiding method. I requested a small modification to the usual 'menu' style. Everything went beautifully. The other two times, I walked in and she remembered my request and again I was impressed.

I literally booked an appointment yesterday for the 14 of March i know how my schedule is so I did it for 12 o'clock then I called them to to let them know I'm coming in and the lady on the phone told me oh u can't come in at 12 come in at 3 then what's the point of booking an appointment tell me, so my $30 is gone just like ok fine. The service was excellent!! I came in last minute to get my hair braided after having a terrible experience at another shop the previous day. The lady refused to listen and braided my hair so tight as well as did a completely different hairstyle than the one I requested. I ended up taking out the hair less than 24 hrs later. I came to this shop and Juliet made sure she listened and understood everything I wanted. She took her time and did a GREAT job. I was so happy!! The service was good and she was very friendly. I left very satisfied and will certainly be back again.
