Completely overpriced. I asked him to remove something I didn’t want anymore, he took the item back and didn’t remove if off my total as if I wouldn’t check the receipt. Was unapologetic when I came in to point out the mistake. We have to do better at giving the power back to the people who actually used these products they sell. There’s plenty of BOB. This was the straw on the camels back for me. I like to spend my money where I am valued.

Face lift needed. Great selection, in the hood, people smoking week right outside to establishment. Shop at your own risk!

I went into this store with my "registered service and emotional support pet. And she's a Chihuahua. And I am so tired of people in these establishments, telling me that they " NEED" to see an actual card, not the register number that is in my phone , along with my ' all's of my money cards , that need my fingerprint to even open up. So when did the foreigners start telling the State of Texas, what they want and how they want it?? Someone tell me.

Plain and simple there are zero beauty supply stores like this one in Katy. I can easily go broke here. They have everything from head to toe. Very reasonable prices. The area is a little sus but that’s outside of the store’s control so be vigilant and keep your head on a swivel.

I shop here all the time not too far away. I’m also a hairstylist so that’s where I go to get some of the hair care products that I need or extensions or utensils that I need for Hair but like I said no complaints at all I will continue to do business here
