With the latest information about the toxic chemicals present in a lot of braiding hair, we went in to see what other options they offered. Almost all of the brands were on the toxic list. We finally found a brand that had the words non-toxic and itch free, but my daughter notices we are being watched. We have shopped here dozens of times over the years; this is our go to store. We literally had our phone in one hand reading the list and were simply looking at the packages. Granted we were talking about the list and what we couldn’t buy. The owner walked right up on me, and stood behind me. So close that my daughter felt so uncomfortable. When she realized we saw her, I put the pack down and simply said, nope, nothing else just nope. I’ve been going here for YEARS!! About 8 years or so Always nice when I come in Always super sweet to me and my daughter. Most do the time she give her little key chains or lip gloss for free. The hair here is top quality depending on what you ask for Always come here from st.louis I’ll drive 45 for this beauty supply.

This is my favorite beauty supply place, especially when I needed hair. I've had locs for years now so I don't need hair anymore but they always had everything you would need in stock and I just continue to come here for my lashes mostly. Friendly staff, I'm usually in and out

This was my first time purchasing a ponytail wig. The hair was of great quality & just the right price. I had to give them a 3 star rating due to the customer service. I'd walked up to the counter, asked where the ponytails were located & the cashier pointed in the surrounding area. Eventually, I'd found them, walked towards the counter, laid items down to purchase. The entire time the cashier had been consumed with a conversation with a friend or relative. Not once did she acknowledge my existence. Upon my departure, I'd said, thank you & have a nice day. I received no response as she continued her conversation.

The owner which is the lady with the short mushroom bob is very rude I have been coming here for years and recently when I went in to ask about clippers and prices she got an rude attitude because they were in cases and I couldn’t see the prices. She said why do you ask for prices go buy on intshernet and said pardon me , and asked another lady you know what I’m talking about internet . Well I guess my money isn’t good here and I would never go back ! Their prices are too steep compared to others and customer service was never good they were always quiet . I refuse to spend my hard earned money and send clients there to help them and they treat black people like the dogs they slay 👎🏾.if I were you I wouldn’t waste my time with them.
