MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE RESULTS IN THE BATHROOM BEFORE YOU PAY THE BILL!!! I’ve gotten keratin many times and I’ve never had such a horrible experience. The stylist, Rachel, literally pulled strands out of my hair almost every time she put the flat iron through. It was PAINFUL!!! I’ve never experienced painful keratin before. So anyway I asked her to please be careful and she said there’s supposed to be friction and claimed she’s not pulling hair out but she literally was!!! AND SHE WASNT RUNNING THE FLAT IRON ALL THE WAY THROUGH MY HAIR. That’s I think maybe why it was breaking off. Anyway it turns out SHE DIDNT STRAITEN THE ENDS!!!
