I have never been disappointed with my haircuts. Becky always listens to me, reviews what I want, and always does a wonderful job on my cut. She pays attention. Additionally she has taught me a lot about products and their use for my particular hair and style. I have also learned a lot about my hair texture from her. I favor a classic, undercut, sleek bob, (cut so that my hair turns under, not shaved!) bob style and she has consistently delivered. I am fortunate and grateful that I found her. She was referred by a friend.

Absolutely terrible experience. I went in to get Gel X nails, and the first one fell off within the first hour. The rest started popping off soon after — total waste of time and money. When I went back to ask for a refund, the lady said she couldn’t because of their “policy.” I asked where the sign or notice was posted, and she said, “you should know that.” Seriously? How am I supposed to know your hidden policy? To make it worse, I asked to speak to a manager and was told they were “too busy.” Super unprofessional and sketchy. If you value your money or time, don’t come here — they clearly don’t stand behind their work or care about their customers. I understand your response, but why would I go back for a redo after such horrible service? The nails started falling off within an hour —

I absolutely love this nail salon! The Mary & team are incredibly talented and always does an amazing job. They pay great attention to detail and make sure your nails look perfect every time. The atmosphere is clean, relaxing, and welcoming. I always leave feeling pampered and so happy with the results. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-quality nail care!

I have been going to His & Hers for 19 years. Kim does my nails and does a fabulous job. Always knows the problem areas and handles them with ease. Becky has been cutting and styling my hair for 15 years or more and does an excellent job with my short hair. Always get compliments on it! Staff is friendly, courteous, and hours and location are convenient, and the price is fair. Love this salon!!!
