I’m so impressed with the amazing service, the high-quality products, and how long my nails lasted! Ely truly knows what she’s doing, and it shows in the craftsmanship and attention to detail, especially around my cuticles. Unfortunately, a previous visit to a chop shop had ruined my nails, but Ely was able to not only educate me but also show me how to care for my nails to promote strength and longevity. I was in Miami for a short time due to surgery, and her expertise was exactly what I needed. If you look at the pictures, the growth and retention of the product are truly one of a kind. Before I moved away from Miami, I used to come to her nail salon and it was incredible. Ely is so talented and skilled in her craft. The best nail tech I have ever found by miles. When I left I was so devastated, but I decided to just start ordering supplies from her nail shop so I can do my own nails until I can come back to her. Ely has consistently gone above and beyond to help me keep my nails healthy and given me excellent pointers every time I message her company asking how to use a product. Lastly, as someone living literally across the country from Hae Nails, I can confidently say that shipping has always been lighting fast- I only mention this because I have been spoiled by Amazon and companies that ship fast are elite to me. If I could give her 10 stars, I would.
