I would have given her zero Stars if possible. We had an appointment with her. She was extremely slow to respond, sometimes up to 2 days. We messaged her the day before the appointment. No response. The morning of the appointment. No response. We called her the morning of the appointment. No response. We get to the address on her website and she doesn't exist. We received a call 4 hours after the scheduled appointment to tell us that she overslept because she had been in the emergency room the evening before, and that isn't even the correct address that's on her website!! Sure would have thought this is something she would have told us when we made the appointment or sometime over that 2 week period. I'm a compassionate person but I believe she could have found time or had someone else cal

Wonderful experience 2 weeks ago, Tyeshia did my daughters hair for back to school.. Everything was done professionally and in a timely matter! Thank you for the gold customer service each and every time we come!

3day after my daughters got her hair braided there she had 2 ringworms and blisters along her edges.I will never go here again. Do not let them in your daughter's hair.

I messaged her short notice, the day before my daughter's birthday. I had no idea what I was doing or what I was asking for. She walked my daughter through the hair buying process and completely blew us away. Her prices were incredibly competitive, and her work was flawless. We'll be back on a regular basis. I highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience with Ty and I loved her energy. Booking was a breeze on her website. She is extremely transparent about pricing, cancellations, etc. Her board certifications are clearly displayed in her salon as well. The appointment went great and she was finished with my style within an hour! My braids are secure but do not feel painful at all. I’ll be going back to her in a few weeks for my next style.
