Amazing experience! If you come here, ask for Chrissy — she is exceptional. Chrissy is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and caring. She explains every step clearly, makes you feel at ease, and the entire process is comfortable and virtually painless. You can immediately tell she’s a true expert. The receptionist was also very kind and welcoming. I’ll be honest: my first visit here (before seeing Chrissy) wasn’t nearly as good. This experience completely changed my impression. I’ll definitely be back.

From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The space is clean, modern, and relaxing. I came in for IPL to address some redness. The technician, Matt was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process, what to expect, and how to care for my skin. I appreciated the personalized attention and never felt rushed. I could tell they truly care about their clients and want the best results possible. If you’re thinking about IPL, I can’t recommend H2T enough. Will definitely be returning for future treatments.

This med spa in Franklin is VERY clean and welcoming. Superior to any other med spa that I’ve been to. Extraordinarily helpful and accommodating front desk staff- who started and finished my time there and made me feel like a priority. Nurse Kelsey was very knowledgeable, confident and thorough.
