I just want to say that my girl Ivy is FABULOUS. I came in with visions and she delivered!! The rainbow tips lasted me 4 WEEKS. no chips or breaks!! I was on vacation with that and am a medical student so I’m working with my hands a lot. The brown set I just got and I am in love! I was being VERY picky about placement of design and she was SO patient with me. Highly recommend this place!!

The day I left the salon my feet were dry with built up cuticle around the nail beds. My pedicure had nails cut on a slant despite asking for them to be cut straight. My big toe is patched. Even when I asked it was still polished with a huge ridge where the patch has grown out. This has happened before. I like the owner. The massage is the best! But I don't know if I can keep patronizing.

I found H20 2 years ago and I haven't left since. Pedicures are exceptional. From reg pedicures to deluxe spa are great!! Haven't had a bad pedi ever!! Very clean stations as well. My nails I get the powder. It lasts, no chips. I could go more then 3 weeks but I get tired of the color. They do incredible designs on my nails. I show Ivy a pic and she makes them look better then the pic!! They also have all the nail colors for gel, cat eyes and cement gel etc. Not too many good colors for reg manicures tho. I highly recommend them. Pricing I think is good, compatible with other salons. Maybe a lil cheaper.

Just got my nails done here and I love them. The girl who did my nails was awesome. She really did a great job. I got the olive oil spa pedicure and acrylic nails with sns powder. My feet feel super soft and nails came out perfect. Place is modern and very clean. Prices are a little high but it’s definitely worth the money. Just ask for pricing before you get your nails done this way there are no surprises. Would recommend this nail salon to all.

Customer service is terrible. When I first walked in, I was greeted and seated to get my nails done. About an hour or so into my nails ( I was getting hard gel set done) a lady came in for her appointment at 6:30. As time passed by, the lady started to get irritated because she was not being taken and was proceeding to leave. The nail tech who was working on my nails stopped doing my nails and told the lady that she will start on her set. The customer told her that it wouldn’t be fair for her to stop my nails and the nail tech proceeded to tell her that “ I’m just a walk-in customer “ and that she had an appointment but the lady refused. Another nail tech soon became available and started to work on the customers nails. Whether you’re a walk-in customer or not, you are still paying for ser
