Apparently they go by this name too. Why have two different names but same salon? I contact the owner to let her know she pulled or cut a chuck out of my hair when she removed my hair extensions and she admitted she did, yet she didn’t tell me at the moment of the removal. I felt her struggling with a part of them. It’s obvious you can see if hair comes along when you remove the bead. I tried to explain to her that it’s RARE when I put my hair up and I hadn’t since the removal of the hair extensions and it’s been 3 weeks. But she kept talking over me and just kept saying she doesn’t do refunds after 3 weeks. I was happy with her the way she cut my hair regularly but after this I’m not going back! And I recommend you don’t either!

I had a great experience here for my first time in. After emailing, they followed up and got me in really quickly and were kind enough to offer a new client discount. Love that. My stylist was a bit behind when I arrived and I had a 25 min wait, but it ended up being worth the wait. Noelle was so friendly. She listened to my ideas and gave me her professional opinion. My balayage turned out gorgeous! Oh and she trimmed/cut my layers that I didn’t even realize needed much help until I saw how good it looked when she was done! The environment was all good vibes and I don’t think you can go wrong with any of their stylists. I’ll definitely be a returning client.

If you need an amazing nail person ask for Cindy. I have known her and followed her through different nail places for over 10 years. She is a perfectionist and tries very hard to please you. Her work is impeccable. They have in house nail techs who seems to change all the time, if you want great work you need Cindy. While I have not had her work on my hair Amber seems to do a great job and seems to have many return customers.

I want to recognize Amber for doing an awesome job with my haircut! I had received a bad haircut from another company and went into Guy & Gal with hopes they would be able to help, Amber took the time to show me what had been done wrong and how she was going to do her best to fix. I walked out of there feeling better about my hair and my hair looks great she has exceeded my expectations, because of this I will continue to return and will recommend their salon to my friends and family. I have been getting my hair done here for several years, so obviously I in no way want to give one star! Last time I went in though, I specifically said please don't make it short and black. After a cut and color it was both! When I said I didn't care for it, she got really offended and argued with me but finally agreed to pull out the color. My hair is now completely dried out and still black;( sometimes I feel like they do what's easy not what you want.
