Guitar nails bar & queen spa

Went to get a gel manicure and my nails were chipping at the tips the same day. I went the next day, and they were really nice about fixing them. I was satisfied, even though they only re-polished a couple of nails and put another top coat on the others. Well here it is two days later and my nails are chipping at the tips again. They did offer to fix them again, but I shouldn’t have to come back for the third time for my nails to be done correctly. It is inconvenient and I can’t just go to the nail shop every day to get them fixed.

I’ve been going to this salon faithfully for over a year, usually once or twice a month for pedicures and dip powder. I’ve always tipped well and never had an issue until now. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was extremely upsetting and I won’t be returning. During my pedicure, the tech used a drill to remove my shellac polish and burned my toenail.. twice. The first time it burned badly enough that I pulled my foot back and told her it hurt. Later, she did it again at full speed, and this time it left a visible indent in my nail. Even after I pulled away, she tried to continue the service. When I told them my toe was burning and damaged, I was asked to come back the next day to finish , which didn’t make sense, since my nail was clearly injured and in no condition to be polished. Wha

Got a gift card and they did amazing!! did exactly what i wanted!! quiet and relaxing as well!

Service started off great, acrylic was put on great, I showed an inspo picture of what I wanted and it went down hill from there…I would have been fine picking something different if I would have been told she couldn’t do the design. Instead she proceeded with the service and when done the design looked like she just threw it on the nail. The tips are two different thickness on each hand. I’ll let the picture speak for the heart design. Will not be back after yesterday

Jenny, the owner has completely destroyed my nail beds over the past four months. To the point I’m traumatized last time she drilled so deep into my nails that I jerked away and she didn’t even say sorry. She just looked at me crazy. Anyways, that was the last time. I went to a new nail shop today and they took great care of me.
