went for a wash and blow ONCE and my curls are now COMPLETELY damaged to the point I will just have to cut it. I’ve had have many wash and blows and this has neverr happened to me!!! Definitely do not recommend if you have curly hair and want to keep your curls .

I lost ALL MY CURLS AFTER ONE WASH AND SET WITH THEM. NEVER AGAIN. THEY’RE PUTTING SOMETHING IN THE SHAMPOO! Don’t go to this place. The hair salon on Simonson Avenue is WAYYYYY BETTER.

My hair always comes out great, but I had a bad experience with the woman washing my hair and it wasn’t the first time. I am not fluent in spanish, but I try to communicate with them. I tried to ask her what the price will be in spanish and she mocked the way I asked to another worker (I understood her) and did it a few times. That just felt very unprofessional to me, but at least my hair came out great. Another thing is they raised the prices. I have never paid more than 40 dollars for a wash and blowout here but today I paid 55.

I had an amazing experience! I don't let anyone touch my hair like that, but i let the owner do my hair. She did a great job. My hair is natural and she managed to leave it shiny and bouncy, just like i like my hair to be... Reasonable prices and very nice staff.. Loved it!!

What do you mean that you don’t tell prices over the phone? That’s very weird and shows how money hungry they are. The lady didn’t wash my hair good enough and the hair stylists were talking about me when I was getting my hair done
