Lovely, relaxing space. From the moment I was greeted at the door I felt comfortable. Miranda was knowledgeable, and listened to what was going on with my back. She made me feel at ease, had compassion for the pain I was experiencing, and gave an amazing massage. I will be going back, and would highly recommend Miranda and Grounded Soul Massage and Wellness.

I had a massage today at Grounded Soul Massage Therapy in Garden City, and it was exactly what my body needed. From start to finish, the experience was calm, welcoming, and truly relaxing. She is incredibly intuitive and really listens—knowing exactly where to focus and using the perfect amount of pressure. I left feeling lighter, looser, and genuinely refreshed. I also loved the thoughtful details throughout the space, including the small soaps, candles, and self-care items available for purchase. It’s the perfect place to treat yourself and support a wonderful local business. If you’ve been saying you “need to book a massage,” this is your sign. I’ll absolutely be back.

I had my first massage a few months ago. Miranda made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. She is professional and took the time to explain the massage and asked if I had any physical issues. Every appointment she asks how I am doing and when the massage is finished, she doesn't rush me out the door. I have had a huge improvement in my chronic neck soreness. Her space is warm and the atmosphere is perfect. I highly recommend Miranda if you're looking for a massage.

Wonderful experience- - as always! The new place is so cozy, warm and inviting. Miranda is very attentive and she always inquires about any of my concerns or issues prior to beginning my massage. Miranda is very talented. She skillfully translated our initial consultation into a thorough, targeted therapy session that relieved my issue. Not all LMTs are as good at listening, nor as good at seeking out the right spots. Highly recommended if you are in the area.
