Making an appointment was difficult, communication was just bad I think. The bigger issue I had was the nail tech was very unreceptive to conversation when I tried to ask about the level of nail art they could do or the nail shape I wanted. I asked for a medium almond and was told "most people just want short basic colors." I just picked a solid glitter polish to not be too difficult, but I still wasn't given the nail length or shape I wanted, I just didn't argue because I could tell they were just trying to rush me out. The second biggest issue I had was when the nail tech was working on my nails they cut me open with the drill on three separate fingers. And then a minor annoyance I had was they kept talking about how much they were going to have to charge for what I wanted and that thin

They take appointments only.When I walked in to make an appointment, the man doing a pedicure never turned around and nobody came out to help me. I called the number and got a " leave your name and number".

Enjoyed the massage chair during pedicure. The pedicure left my feet feeling soft and relaxed. A+ will return excellent service! Also the wife enjoyed her ManiPedi treatment!

Could not say enough good things about Grin N Bare Nail Salon, there has never been a problem with equipment not clean, polish not lasting or over priced! Will paying for this service I don't feel like I'm a number O truly matter to them and they matter to me! Love that the only way to get a service is by appointment only!

Very poor service today she started to rush when other clients came in ...didn’t use footfile during pedi ..left some of my previous polish on corners ..during mani only used water no cuticle remover then put lots of oil on to smooth cuticles because I didn’t want the drill on my natural nails .
