Gretell is an excelent colorist, that knows how to treat your hair, she is carefull asking every costumer for the previous treatments, hair color. When i talked to her, she showed me exactly what i need. She listens to me and explains her recommendations. She is very professional; along with everyone at the salon, they are all wonderful. Gretell is an expert and she likes to educate you on the process. A wonderful hair colorist and a beautiful person. I highly recommend Grey Hair Salon.

Gretell is the best! I went to her in September to go from a badly done balayage, to a solid brown color. My hair came out incredible-she made it so no blonde shows through, which is super hard to do. I went back to her this week for a haircut and as always, she delivered. I cannot recommend her enough! She truly cares about her clients and is an artist when it comes to hair. 5 stars all the way through! Thank you, Gretell! Eres la major!

I’ve been a customer at this salon for the past seven months, and I must say, everyone here is incredibly kind and caring. I’ve had multiple treatments, and my hair has never looked better. The salon takes great care of my hair, and I’ve noticed a significant improvement in its health. While I’ve visited more expensive salons in the past, I’ve found that they prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. However, this salon is different. They genuinely care about your hair and your well-being. Since I started coming here, I feel more confident that my hair is in good hands. Every time I leave, I leave with a smile, knowing that I’ve invested my money and time in such skilled professionals.

LOVE - I have been looking for someone to style & dye my hair after my stylist got sick, to no avail, until now. Gretel is amazing! Free consultations too. Once you make & appt and the day comes, she takes time to analyze everything...from your hair type to skin & eye color, which it's better than just always doing what a customer asks; There is dialogue to see what is best. Be ready to spend a few hours there, but everyone is super welcoming, you'll have a great experience; You'll laugh, drink coffee and most importantly, leave happy. ❤️

I don’t usually leave negative reviews unless I feel really disappointed. I drove 1 hour and 24 minutes from West Palm Beach for a haircut. The salon states that on Saturdays they close at 8:00 PM. I arrived 30 minutes late (yes, that was my mistake), but what really upset me was the lack of customer service. No one informed me that the stylist who cuts hair had to leave early. Based on the posted closing time, I assumed she would still be available. I was then told that the stylist would be coming back later, so I asked what time she would return so I could come back — and the response I received was “I don’t know.” I was never called to confirm my appointment or to check if I was on my way.
