Green Tea Nails

I am never disappointed with the service here, or my nails. The pictures say it all lol. I book with Christy every 2 weeks and I always love my nails!!!

I had an appointment scheduled and they did not take me on time. They took me only 30 minutes later. And after my pedicure I come to discover that my feet start to itch and burn. So I scheduled an appointment with the podiatrist and after my visit I have a fungal infection and psoriasis of my feet. This place needs to better sterilize their instruments and use a better quality lining and wash the machine a bit better too. I don’t think so I would ever go here again.

- Stylist, Ann, was incredibly aggressive using the nail bit - I pulled and yelped in pain 3 times - The pain was like nothing I’ve ever felt while having my nails done - I could not complete the manicure due to the pain. Totally unacceptable. - Ann was condescending and cruel. She didn’t stop when I yelled in pain. She laughed when I expressed concern for the health of my nails - I had to remove myself before color was begun. When I checked my nails when I returned to my car. My nails are now so thin you can see through them! - Having nails done should be an enjoyable experience we do as a way to care for ourselves. This was a traumatic nightmare!!

I’ve been going to Green Tea Nails for years. They’re the best! I’ve never had a bad experience there. Usually Ann or Sunny does my nails, but all the techs are very skilled. The spa pedicures are fantastic too. I highly recommend.

The salon is clean and the nails usually come out nice but on more than one occasion I’ve felt rushed to pick a color by a nail tech. As soon as I came through the door today, nail tech Ann ran up to the color station and would not let me just look for myself which made me feel rushed and ended up with me not picking a color I was looking for. It honestly just ruins the experience feeling like I can’t even pick what color I want without feeling harassed by the workers. I have also gotten my nails done with Kelly never had this issue so I’m not sure if it’s just Ann but I was unhappy with the service
