Green Hills Nail Spa

Not a bad experience, just based off quality. I picked out a color from the book and it came out completely opposite of what I choose. It is only day 3 and as you can see in the pictures the dip is already pealing up. They also did not trim my cuticles that has result in rough edges. Sweet people and good place just not great quality Update: They gave me a 7 day policy which I appreciated them getting back to me. The dip I got showed on the visual a solid color I still only received a very clear color like shown in the picture below. You can see my nail line through it rather than a full color. I appreciate the free fill and trying to correct it but after second time I won’t be bringing my business back.

Absolutely a 10/10 experience—best nail place I’ve been to in Nashville. I arrived to my appointment ~ an hour early after getting off work early, and they were able to start working on my nails immediately. They had so many beautiful polishes (regular, gel, dip) to choose from. I was getting my nails done to match a wedding guest dress, and they helped me choose the right color by taking each one out one by one and matching. I showed them my inspiration pic (first pic attached) and they were able to match it so perfectly. They modified the base color to go better with my skin, which came out so beautiful. Honestly really disappointed in my manicure from Green Hills Nail Spa. I went it for a french dip with tips and not even a week later the dip is starting to come up around the cuticle on every single one of my nails. Most of my nails weren't even fully polished as you can see in the second picture. The french also looks rushed, it's messy and different thickness on each nail. The cherry on top was that I was charged an extra $5 for each french color I chose (I understand charging more for design or french in general, but that felt a little outrageous), bringing this manicure to over 100$ with tip. I've gone to Green Hills Nail Spa many times before and enjoyed my service, but could not be more disappointed and will not be returning.

Green Hills Nail Spa is the best around in Nashville. Lee is absolutely amazing! She is always does a fantastic job and comes up with the cutest designs for my nails. 10 out of 10 I recommend them everytime!
