I recently got my services done by Ava at Great Nails in Great Mall, and I had a wonderful experience. She is extremely kind, professional, and very friendly in her approach. What really impressed me was how efficient and skilled she is. In just a little over two hours, she managed to do multiple services for me including waxing, eyebrows, upper lip, hair color, and hair straightening, all while maintaining great quality and attention to detail. Ava also has such a warm personality, which makes the entire experience very comfortable and enjoyable. She truly provides excellent customer service and makes you feel well taken care of. I had manicure, pedicure and face threading. I love their service. Staff is friendly. Tracy is exceptionally good with face threading. I will definitely come back to this place.
