I'm a 79+ year old disabled veteran. I'm in 24/7 pain (I hear the violins playing) and among my many disabilities are the seemingly lesser issues that I can't reach my own toes and my hands shake (essential tremor). The women technicians in this salon are AWESOME..!! They are the kindest, most gentle and caring people ever. And .. their manicure/pedicure prices for great work are more than reasonable. Not meaning to be hyperbolic, but when I'm at Great Line Nails, I don't feel like I'm there only getting nails clipped or trimmed ... I truly feel like I'm receiving luxury spa care. Check it out for yourself, and/or bring your friends (young or old) to enjoy the wonderful care and service.

Horrible customer service to begin with. I sadly paid $27 for this gel mani, I would never refer this nail shop to anyone. My little sister also got a set of acrylics and it wasn’t a great job either.

Came to get a full set of nails and a pedicure. This has been the worst experience ever!!! For my set of nails, the lady kept wanting me to change what I wanted and kept telling not to get what I asked for. Aside from that, all of the nails were a different. Some were thicker, some were thinner, some were thicker, and when I told her about it her response was that they go based on our fingers and that no one has the same exact fingers so that meant that the nails we’re all going to be different. I tried to explain again by telling her I have never experienced this before and she just argued with me. For my pedicure, the lady that did it put so much nail polish that it didn’t look good and it took forever to dry. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely ne

This salon was really dirty and tacky. After me and my cousins were done with our nails, there was a hair in it. They were fat shaming us. Really small not much space. They wore their mask wrong. My hands hurt once I got home. Overall not worth 75$ for short and simple nail style (French tips they didn’t even draw on)

They added an extra tip of $20 I called them immediately the next day and they played the I don’t know game. Be careful when using your debit cards. And my refill was horrible terrible not happy at all. Stay with the fancy salons people...
