Great Clips

I’ve been getting my haircut here for a couple years now—never disappointed! And this trip was not different, fact it was one of the best. Ange is awesome! It was a great environment, a nice conversation, and a perfect haircut! Thanks again Ange

I have been bringing my son to Jay. She always does an amazing job! Knows how to work with a 2 year old and explain things to him and help make it a fun experience. His hair always looks amazing!

Krystal is fantastic but she can't control the register. Being African American... walking in with your hair in its natural state and ask for a trim. Well to accomplish that.... blow drying to straighten the hair you have to do. She also flat ironed it. She used a serum on clean hair washed the night before. I didn't get hair washed, curled anything at all except for a trim. So I was charged by another worker 18.00 for haircut (keep in mind I'm the only one there... it's not busy at all) and 45.00 for a formal style. So 63.00 later. Again... no style, no curls, no wash... nothing but a blow dry and flat iron so she was comfortable trimming my hair. Please.... if anyone who has gone here... explain to me if I'm wrong for being a bit upset. Thank you. Have a great day. And again tha

Had an issue with store not being opened for hours stated. Called Great Clips Corp. Corporate had the new store Manager of the store call me. The Manager proceeded to berate and scream at me for calling Corporate. She hung up on me when I asked why she was calling me. So unprofessional. Her name is Tina at the Richland Ave York, PA Great Clips.

Great service. Got exactly what I wanted! The ladies there were very friendly! Krystal was very friendly and did great job. I’m not sure on the other stylist name, but she was just as friendly. Will be going back again in the future in hopes of seeing these two again! Thank you ladies!
