Great Clips

I asked for a haircut, specifically a v cut where it’s shorter in the front and longer in the back. I was wondering why the lady didn’t give me a mirror to see the back and it was because she messed up BADLY. Not only is it not a V cut she TRIED to do a straight cut, but the middle back part is cut higher. There’s random chunks of short and long hairs. I tried calling this place 4 times and no one’s answering. I am extremely disappointed and upset because I’ve always gone to great clips but I will never go again after this. My hair is completely messed up.

I had such a great experience at this Great Clips location. I was warmly greeted by friendly faces the moment I walked in, and there was no wait at all. Vikki was amazing from start to finish. She helped me figure out exactly what I wanted to do with my hair and she got the cut perfect. The conversation was great too, which made the whole visit even better. The price was a great value for the quality of service I received. This was my first time coming to this location but it definitely won’t be my last. Highly recommend! Thanks so much, Vikki!

I had a terrible experience at this Great Clips location. My haircut was started by Vicky, and I left feeling very dissatisfied with her service. I specifically asked for a 0.5, 1, and 2 on the sides with a proper fade, but she didn’t fade the layers at all. She also didn’t trim the edges, leaving my haircut unfinished. On top of poor technique, her attitude was extremely unprofessional. When I glanced at my side hair while she was cleaning her trimmer, she got upset. She told me I was one of “those” customers who will always be remembered, and even said I should go to a barbershop if I wanted a better haircut than what she was doing. Very convenient location and staffs are super friendly. Also, this location was running a promo and its was too sweet a deal. Dana, one of the stylist in this location took very good care of my entire family. She is very good with both men's and women's haircut. We are not going to go anyone else from now on, she will be our official hair dresser .... Totally impressed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone else.

Terrible, terrible experience. Overall, the location was great and all other stylists (besides mine) were friendly and welcoming. My stylist was rude, abrupt and RUINED my hair. See pics. I had to go to a different location to have my hair fixed. I asked for long layers with an angle at the front. My stylist rushed through my hair and randomly hacked off a huge chunk on the front of my hair. She rushed me out without even blow drying my hair so I could see what it actually looked like. I paid and went home to style my hair, only to find out that there were no layers, and all my ends were frayed BADLY. I was so upset and immediately went to another location to have someone else fix what great clips had ruined. So upsetting! I returned to great clips a few hours later to speak to a manager a
