Great Clips

First, I wanna start by saying this should’ve never happened. And I am so happy that the Bremen location was willing to fix everything for me and is currently handling the situation because Villa rica doesn’t care to handle the situation. I went In today, About 11 AM. I had an inspiration picture and I told the lady I like the sides of the head in this picture however, I don’t want the top that short. I just want it trimmed up. Mind you I keep my hair short. I’ve had it short for over 15 years. I have never in my life had it this short I was trying to grow out the top and mainly have bangs and keep the side short because I have hot flashes a lot. I normally go through the Bremen location however I was getting my nails done next-door and didn’t want to drive all the way to Bremen and I tho

Greetings everyone I came to Great Clips with nothing but positive energy. As a walk- in i may have been in there for 25 mins before being seen, and that was "ok...." Very clean shop and clean bathroom : ) My stylist was LASHONDA.... She was caring and very professional. She was darn near my therspist!!! Thank you Lashinda keep up the wonderful job you do!!! Respect these Ladies they are short staffed as many jobs are now-a-days...

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. The young blonde lady was unwelcoming and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. The older stylist who trimmed my hair charged $20 just for slightly cutting the edges and a few inches in the front. I left feeling unsatisfied l!! definitely the worst salon experience I’ve had!!!

My disabled husband went to this location last month and waited for more than30 minutes for a haircut. There were only 2 people working with a waiting room full of customers. He did not have an appointment so he understood the wait. The girls were rude to him when he asked how much longer. He got his haircut and we left. Today we went back and no he didn’t have an appointment. When he saw the wait he simply said ok and thank you. The same blonde stylist that cut his hair last time turned to another girl and said something smart and they had a good laugh while looking straight at us. This was uncalled for and unacceptable. He will not be back at this location.
