Great Clips

I had a very frustrating experience at Great Clips today. To be fair, I understand that places like Great Clips are not necessarily known for “wow” customer service, but customers should still be able to expect reasonable and fair service. I checked in online and carefully monitored the waiting time through the website. Initially it showed around 35 minutes. I noticed the time fluctuating (34 minutes, then up to 42 minutes) even though the list looked the same. I also saw that one person had booked four people at once. After waiting a while, I received a text message saying my appointment was ready and that I should arrive within 15 minutes. The website even showed the waiting time as zero, so I immediately drove over and arrived well within the 15-minute window. The message did say I

My son and I had such a great experience here! The atmosphere was friendly and relaxed — exactly what you want when you’re getting a haircut with a little one. The stylist took her time with both of us, listened carefully, and made sure everything turned out just right. Our son actually enjoyed the whole visit (which says a lot!) and left with a big smile and a fresh, clean look. I really appreciated how patient and kind everyone was — it felt more like visiting friends than just another appointment. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend for families, or anyone who wants quality cuts with genuine, caring service.

Terrible customer service! On 02/16/26, Guy stylist staring while braiding his hair would not get up out of his chair to speak to us. He says in a low flat tone that we have to sign in on the app. I ask him why because their is not one customer waiting. He says because it can get busy. I can see why they didnt have any customers. We left!!

This one is for Shameria! She had the best energy, was so friendly and is amazing at what she does. She not only got me right with the cutest pixie cut on my curly hair, but I watched her work MAGIC on a military gentleman before me! If you go, ask for her! You won’t regret it.

Tina is wonderful. I wish she was in this location all the time. Always smiling and friendly and gives the best haircut
