They butchered my son's hair. Wanted 10 inches cut for Locks of Love - they cut 12 inches. Whoever cut his hair for a shoulder length men's style did not know what they were doing. A trained monkey could have done a better job.

They took the military and first responder discount away I used to get it cheap the price used to be was $10.00 now Its 21.00 if u want to get a good haircut go to Allen barber shop or Taylor

Stylist was good at her job. However, one of the 3 that were on duty when I was there needs to do her job and flirt on her own time. The other 2 cut 3 people while the flirt was still "working" on the same one she's was "working on" when I arrived. The flirt caused , what I considered, excessive wait times.

I had an asymmetrical cyberpunk style that I'd been keeping up mostly on my own but kind of made myself look silly with the last chop. I was in Thomasville for a doctor's appointment and stopped here because I had a coupon. The woman that cut my hair had glasses and long hair but I don't remember her name. She made me feel very comfortable and not silly at all for chopping my hair up so badly. She made me look like a cute and functioning member of society in record time! I wish I lived in Thomasville so I could go back and look for her again! Picture over a week later for reference!!

Depends on what day & what the mood is with stylists. Seems like when they get a good stylist, they tend not to stay long. Who I believe is the manager has a bit of attitude or may be just a serious rbf. Wait time is long due to only having 2 stylists on weekends. If there were more choices in Thomasville, those would be first choices.
