Great Clips

I'm one of those that if I could not post one star I would. If you're looking to get a quick cut then this is your place. They are the type that want to get you in and out real quick. I guess I'm just going to have to drive 4.5 hours to go get my haircut the right way, and only pay $10

John was amazing!! Super friendly and actually listened to what I wanted for my haircut. Highly recommend him and would definitely go back!

Awful service,extremely rude and unprofessional stylist. Alia made a mistake charged 220 for men's haircut ,blamed my husband for input wrong number . He's not a cashier and doesn't suppose to know how this register works and she refused to admit this wrong charges she made to the banking account. I asked to talk to the manager and this person tried to help and at least she explained to wait to the end of the day and see if this amount shows the return. The stylist was yelling at us and screaming. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. I believe they have to do better stuff training and make them understand that their service depends of the costumer's satisfaction and it's impossible to treat the customer such badly. I always go to Great Clips wherever I am to get my haircut. For me, every salon has been a thumbs-up for me. And if you re-visit a salon, they have notes on how you want your hair. And you can change your hairstyle and they up-date their notes. I really like the on-line check-in as it saves a lot of time. Every stylist, and I have had more than a few are well-trained and know what they’re doing. Thanks Great Clips
