Great Clips

I went to this location to blend out my layers and got the worst haircut i’ve ever received in my life. I am also a cosmetologist and work at a braiding salon so I went somewhere else to just clean up my layers. When she showed me the mirror it looked even worse than this picture. She told me she thought I asked for it to be MORE choppy??!! I was so angry I was calm. No I did not pay, and now I have a a bob, NEVER COME HERE!!

I have been going to Great Clips for years. This place gives a very quick haircut. I am always satisfied. They are personal and very professional! You minister try this place. The haircuts are very reasonable in price as well. They offer a discount to all essential workers as well as long as you show your ID.

The hair stylist was extremely knowledgeable. She easily understood the hair cut I wanted, and did exactly the way I wanted. It is among the best hair cuts in recent times. I highly recommend her services. Because lines are down, she is unable to take appointment so walk in only, also credit card machine wasn’t working so cash only.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!. If I could remove the one star, I would. Old Debbie was supposed to give my little nephew a hair cut. She kept making threatening comments saying she’d spank him and chop his ear off if he moved. When we politely asked her not to talk to him like that because she was scaring my nephew, she became aggressive and made racist remarks about being an “American ” and us not. We stopped the haircut and took him elsewhere, and we noticed multiple scratches on his scalp from crazy old Debbie. I would never recommend this lady or place to any one!!

My husband went in for a haircut and his hair was uneven on top, the stylist buzzed into the front of his hairline, and the fade was super uneven on both sides, and is to short to fix with anything but a buzz cut. The store was completely empty and nobody was manning the front desk. I went in and asked for a manger, and was told there was no manager. We received our money back, and will never be returning to this location. I do not suggest this location if you are looking for a good haircut.
