Great Clips

Was able to check in online and get my haircut within five minutes of walking through the door. The shop was clean and the staff is friendly. There’s also a rack for hanging coats, which is a nice touch.

Walked right in. They set me up with a wonderful hair clipper, She was very knowledgeable and did an awesome job on my mullet. Very happy, this is my third cut. I'll definitely returning.

We paid $22 for this. Crazy. (Edited to add: they posted one of their generic apology replies after I posted this the first time, encouraging me to reach out to them via email. I did. Never heard back from them. Their customer service is as bad as their haircuts.)

Sometimes, you get great clips here, but if you get one stylist, this is what you get. (See picture) This is a straight shot from behind. Notice you can see the ear on only one side and how far in the back is cut. One side is straight down while the other is slanted. Uneven, cut way too high, sideburns cut above the ear, no blending, looked like a helmet, the only thing that was successful was the hair was shorter... Sadly, this also happened to my husband at an earlier date. I said nothing then, because it is only one stylist. I wish I had known my son was going there. So much for looking good for interviews. It will take a bit to grow out before it can be fixed. A zero star would be more accurate.
