Great Clips

I have been a customer here for the past 10 years and never had any issues until today. I checked in online, and when I arrived there was no one in the store. The check-in process took about 5 minutes, which felt quite long. Normally this wouldn’t be a problem. I understand the employee may still be learning the system. However, at the end of my registration, the GM Kelly stated that they would serve another customer who had just walked in first, simply because he was one position ahead on the list. I explained that I had arrived earlier, that the other customer wasn’t there 5 minutes before, and that it wasn’t my fault the check-in process took so long. Unfortunately, my concerns were ignored. Kelly became visibly nervous and only escalated the situation instead of trying to resolve it.

Springfield great clips is the best ! I went in one day and this lady named Skylar cut my hair ! And let me just say she not only gave me the best haircut experience, but when she was done offered to do my eyebrows and ears ! I’ve never had that happen in my 52 years of life here ! No thats the only person that cuts my hair no matter what ! She was and is an awesome stylist !

My first visit since moving here. The staff very friendly, clean atmosphere, nice music, ask questions about hair style if all looked good and if I liked it. Nice experience

They cutting into the hairline every time, every single time it’s a different stylist. Ridiculous look.

Great Clips is a solid place to get a haircut… which is ironic, since I’m rapidly running out of hair to cut. The stylists are great though — they treat my 47 remaining strands like they’re a full head of flowing locks. I always leave looking slightly less like a stressed-out middle manager. The only downside? It feels a little pricey when you realize you’re basically paying salon rates for someone to mow the world’s tiniest lawn. Still, they do good work, and I’ll keep coming back until the last brave hair gives up and retires.
