Great Clips

I came in for a quick trim today. My hair is usually easy to cut. Very basic trim with long layers. I don’t know the name of the gentleman that cut my hair but he had tattoos… I was in the seat for a total of 3 minutes. He did not brush my hair joe did he wet it. He took a pair of clippers to cut of the length and then he took scissors and went around my head one time for “layers” and said okay that was easy all done. I did not cause a scene… I was in shock and I wanted to get out of there. I did not want him touching my hair or fixing it. I paid and no way should I have. I had to go to another hair salon to have my hair fixed and no one could believe that he cut my hair this way. I have no problems with men cutting women’s hair but if you have no idea what you are doing you should not be

I went into Great Clips to get my hair cut. Iam so picky with my hair and I always like the longer pixie cut on myself and I explained everything to the hair stylist there Melissa and let me tell u she did the most wonderful pixie hair style on me she cut it exactly like I like I love my hair cut ty Melissa. If she ever leaves this salon I will follow where ever she goes. Ty so much again Melissa I love love my hair cut u r such an artist. She is also so very sweet. And listens and takes the time to understand how you'd like your hair cut she is truely the best ill be coming back to u Melissa. Way to go Melissa u r the best hair stylist ever. my hair was long but the ends were dead i told her to cut off 3 inches , she cut my hair in different sections to “work smarter not harder” the bottom of my hair is shorter then the top my hair is so choppy , it looks so bad. the first pic is my hair before the second two are after. i just wanted to take my dead ends off but now im gonna have to cut my hair even shorter js to make it even. I explained to her how that was the longest my hair has been in years and she explained how she will do so good and all this and now my hair looks like this. I want to cry.

My son is autistic and getting his haircut is a huge challenge. Luckily we found Holly!!! She could not have been any better, it was truly miraculous!! My son looks amazing!!! She knew exactly how to help him not only get through it, but ENJOY IT!!! Thank you Holly!!! Everyone take your kids to Holly!! Especially if they have sensory issues!!!

Today I took my 6-year-old son to Great Clips in Souderton for a haircut before his first day of school. We checked in, and the wait time was short. The stylist was polite, and I asked for the sides to be cut short but to leave the top longer. She said she’d look at the top after finishing and adjust if needed—I agreed. The haircut took less than 10 minutes, and while it wasn’t great, I didn’t say anything because the stylist was nice, and I felt that was on me. A few hours later, my wife came home, and she wasn’t happy with the haircut. She went back politely to ask if it could be fixed. Another stylist stepped in to correct it, and that’s when the problem started. Instead of focusing on the haircut, this stylist began making remarks about me in front of my son, my daughters, and my wife
