Update: I wish I could respond to the owner! I understand everything said in the response, which is why I asked for the same haircut I’ve gotten every summer before I moved here and had to find a new stylist! A tried and true cut that I consistently loved on myself. I wish the frizz was what was causing the bad cut, but even styled it looked like a mullet. Unsure how I’ll be reimbursed but thank you for the response, I’m not sure where to go from here and I’m just very uncomfortable with my look right now. I hate giving bad reviews but I’m so upset 😩 I came to Silvia because of her rave reviews. I haven’t had a cut since moving here because I was scared of getting a bad cut. Silvia is nothing less than AMAZING. I am known to be fairly picky and she always gets my color and cut perfect! My hair has seen the best of days since I started going to her over a year ago. I feel like I’ve known her forever because not only is she extremely talented but very sociable and you will always feel at ease in the hands of this master artist! If you haven’t tried her out, you need too. You owe it to YOUR hair
