Great Clips

I mean...it's a Great Clips. Still, I had a good experience. Personally, I stick with Great Clips as it's where I went in Minnesota. Consistency. And...they have all my 'hair data' in their computer. Can't beat that. Thanks!

If I could give less than Zero Stars, I would. I never leave bad reviews, but this was worth warning people. I have been here once before, and use the attached photo as reference that time too (cut only, not color). The woman that helped me THAT time was wonderful. THIS time the woman that helped me didn't smile or even look at me or say hello. She called my name, and when I smiled and greeted her she ignored me. I sat in the chair and showed her the picture (attached), with the acknowledgment that I know my hair won't look exactly like that as it still a bit short but that's what going for as I grow it out. Hello, I would like to share my previous experience at the Sonoma, CA location last Tuesday July 9th around 3:45-4:00 pm. Address is: 19217 Sonoma Hwy, Sonoma, CA 95476. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the full name of the employee who cut my hair. I am pretty sure I remember that either her first or middle name was Alice. I am hoping that the day and time will help you to figure out who cut my hair. I was signed in under my friend's name because somehow they could not find my account I was signed in under their name. I have been going to Lori at the Sonoma branch for years. I always call ahead to make sure she's working. She always gives me an excellent haircut. She understands my curly hair and gives me the perfect cut. The shop is always clean and a friendly environment. Thank you Lori

Always a good experience at Great Clips in Sonoma. I book on line, and as a result, never have a long wait. The staff there are courteous, professional and do a nice job cutting my hair. It's never an issue if I request a particular stylist, but for the most part, everyone is quite good.
