Great Clips

I have been going here for years. Mostly clean. One lady I absolutely love. Unfortunately I rarely see her OR I'm not off when she is available. Today I had a pretty bad experience. GROSS to be exact. My regular lady wasn't there. I got Carina. Poor girl seemed burnt out. Luckily they have those papers that say what to get. Mine was all wrong. I had her look to see what one was the second to the last time I was there. I was so glad they had those because to be honest I don't know if she was awake enough to take directions. Ironically a thing I didn't like about my old place was this one lady would smack my head with the razor. This lady seemed like she could barely hold it on my head. Quick though. This experience ruined not only mine but my child's hair as well. I had then do our cuts together. My son and I grew out our hair for a year so that we could have the cuts we wanted and decided to get haircuts after moving. My son's hair is beyond choppy and WAY SHORTER than I asked for it to be. My hair was hip length, very very long. I asked for 3 inches off of my hair and left with shorter than shoulder length hair. My son and I have been in tears since leaving. This was a terrible experience when all we wanted was a small trim. Don't go here, dont bring your kids here.

I've gone to this location several times now, and will continue to go there. I always come out of there with a great haircut. I highly recommend this Great Clips in Simi Valley.

I just left the place with another happy haircut. This should be the 6th time that I am using their haircut services. You need to describe just the first time how you want your hair cut, then she has it in the system. She only asks if I want the same. That's it. No surprises. Very happy.
