Side burns completely uneven, she cut into my hairline that was there and the back is so far up my neck! I was upset when I seen it but it was already done and couldn't be fixed and I had to go to work. I do not recommend this place at all. This was a simple cut of under growth. I only gave two stars because she was nice.

The last few visits have been very disappointing here. Not just me other family members have had similar experience at that location. They seem to be in a hurry to finish with an appointment. There have been couple of instances where the hair cut has been shabbily done. In the last appointment rather than trimming my hair she gave me a buzz cut and tried to put the blame on me. Time to find a different salon!!

How many hairdressers does it take to cut bangs? More than 2 apparently. I went in for simple face frame bangs and they had me leave looking like a 4th grader cut them with toenail clippers. First girl did such a bad job the second girl couldn’t even fix them and had the nerve to tell me my hair just is unforgiving which is such a poor excuse because I’ve had bangs multiple times in the past look amazing you just have to actually know what you’re doing and not hack at them with scissors like a knife. At the very least I just wanted them to be even and not choppy and they couldn’t even achieve that. They don’t care if you leave with your hair looking good or not they want you in and out of there as fast as possible because all it would have taken was for someone to just cut them at an angle

I walked in the door and saw the haircuts of the people working there. Immediately walked out. Heard somebody honk the words "did you check in" from the back of the salon without so much as looking up from the massacre he was committing. I responded "yes". He said "k". What they think to acceptable an haircut and standard of service is not up to my shockingly low standards. Bring back the Worcester location. This place is a disaster. Begging for tax write off donations is on obnoxious. When did this become acceptable behavior? All these corporate chains have hit rock bottom. Time to start over.

I got my hair cut by JD last time and it was truly one of the best haircuts I’ve gotten in years. She took the time to explain her opinion on my tricky hair (I have several cowlicks) and it came out fantastic. She was friendly and helpful and gave me a great cut!!! Thanks JD!! I’ll be coming here for my haircuts from now on
