Tara consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that every haircut meets the customer’s needs, and she communicates clearly and patiently to make sure her clients leave happy. If you go to Great Clips in Seymour for a haircut, don't let Tara cut your hair. She informed me today while cutting my hair that if you get a bad haircut, it is because the customer cannot effectively communicate what they want. I informed her that her customer service skills were horrible and to finish cutting my hair so I could leave. She tried to give me my haircut at no charge. I wanted a good haircut, not a free one. The rest of the stylists are fine but Tara needs to shut her mouth and open her ears. If she had, she would have heard what I wanted done to my hair that she failed to do. She didn't finish my hair as I had requested. Big dissappointment.

Had a great experience with Tara today. Needed to get my hair done for my nieces wedding tomorrow. I got in and out in roughly 15 minutes. Tara was amazing. Will be back
