A girl named Carly was wonderful and helping me navigate the products and helped me pick out the perfect products in fixing my hair color. So sweet and so helpful. After we came to a conclusion on color… She came back to me even as I was perusing the rest of the store show me other color swatches because she was truly invested in helping me. We ended up switching it up because she picked the perfect hue. I can’t thank her enough. Such a sweet young lady.

Went in to get a few products to do my hair. My hair is a huge insecurity and typically I do not have issues walking in and getting great help. When I walked in this time, no assistant on the floor. One in the back sitting down on their personal device. When I asked for the product type I was looking for I was made to feel silly as she “doesn’t know what I meant I was asking for two separate things”. Showed me two options of different categories. I then by myself found the product type I was looking for and checked out. The help at this location was less than satisfactory and makes me less likely to visit this location again.

We just went in and got some stuff, and employee Carley (I'm so sorry if i spelled your name wrong<3) was amazing and helpful. She was incredibly kind and even complimented my moms hair. She helped us find everything we needed, and we even left with something we didn't plan on getting. At first we couldn't find the brand of color remover I wanted, but she found it on the bottom shelf for me! Service was great and products are always amazing. Can't wait to come back and get more when I get more money haha! Thank you Carley

My girlfriend sometimes asks me to go into the store and get her some makeup or hair dye from Sally's and every time I go in there the girls there are so nice and welcoming! The store is always so clean and tidy. They make sure to ask if you need any help and if you do they do their best to get you what you need. I would highly recommend going to the Sally's in Seymour over the one in Columbus! The staff there is horrible.

I do not recommend ordering online. I had the option for free shipping 5-7 day delivery or pay 6.95 for priority and 10 days is when i will get my product and not all of it will be shipped. I should have taken the free shipping. The ladies in Seymour Store are amazing but i do not recommend ordering online. I want my 6.95 back for shipping that i paid. Also i have a credit card with them that i used for this purchase as well. Im sorry Sally Beauty but i think your online system is terrible.
