If I could go lower, I would. The day before my birthday, I come in to get my haircut and the person cutting my hair literally didn't follow any of my history on my past haircuts. I didn't get the fade i wanted. She just went in with the scissors and just starting hacking away at the back area. Problems she had: 1. Didn't engage in conversation with me, making the haircut less enjoyable and interesting 2. Didn't give me a fade at all 3. Cut my sideburns way too high 4. Didn't ask if I wanted the back rounded or squared 5. Didn't even bother showing me the back of my hair I nearly had to celebrate my 21st birthday with a chopped haircut. We’ve taken our kids here multiple times and usually a good haircut. Yesterday my wife brought them in, and when she came home I could see multiple big chunks that were missed and their bangs were super uneven. I brought them back in today to get it fixed and the stylists were super understanding and nice about fixing their hair cuts the right way. Very pleasant to get it fixed and they didn’t make it awkward at all asking for them to correct the mistake.

I come here often for haircuts and usually have a good experience. Today was different. The lady was visibly annoyed when I asked her to take my sides down a level. She was like angrily chopping with the scissors at my hair and just started acting all but hurt about it. “You should have told me that earlier” was her response. I was taken aback because it’s not like it was busy or anything and we were having a cordial conversation prior to that. When I got home I looked my haircut over and it looks like a hatchet job. All uneven on the sides etc. ugh usually they hand me a mirror to look it over and make a few adjustments from there. I should have paid the extra $20 and went to a fancy barber shop and got the haircut I wanted.

I took my mom over there today 1/7/25 at around 5 pm, so she could have a nice haircut and it was the worst experience ever. First of all, the lady that was going to cut my moms hair (I don't know her name, (she had her natural blond hair up on a bun). left us waiting with no explanation and we were about to leave when she came back, starting cleaning and then called us. I showed her a picture of what we wanted and when I thought she was just starting, the cut was over. I was like, for real?
