Great Clips

The worst experience I’ve ever had at this salon was with the hairstylist who cut my son’s hair. She messed it up so badly that I was devastated. We had come in at 6 p.m. with three people, and she was complaining about how she had to stay late because of us. So, she rushed and cut his hair so short that it looked like a mop. I don’t know her name, but she was a white woman with a bad attitude and was incredibly rude. I hope she sees this review because she definitely isn’t a certified professional hairstylist.

I literally said make sure the back and sides are even, I don’t want a mullet. I now have a mullet and have to go to another location to get it fixed before I’m in a wedding tomorrow because this location has a 70 minute wait. I even tipped the guy ten bucks cause I thought he did a good job but he didn’t even let me get a look at the back, I should’ve known better. I think he was trying to rush me because my hair was long. 30 dollars for nothing - THANKS

Came in and asked for just my split ends to be cut off and the stylist ended up taking over 2 inches off after I told her I'm growing my hair out. After she finished I went to pull my hair back and couldn't and asked why so much came off and she said it didn't she just relayered it. I didnt ask for that I asked for split ends only. It takes a long time for my hair to grow out and she just took almost a year of growth off. I will not go back there which is sad because you have a stylist I really liked.

I have always been very satisfied with the Great Clips on Lexington. Very clean, efficient and good service. Staff are very pleasant to work with. I last saw Ashley who did a very good job and fun to work with.

I had a new barber today. The results were excellent and a testament to Max's talent (I think that was the hairdresser's name) and Great Clips as an organization.
