Great Clips

I was able to walk-in and use their on line check in. I only waited 5 mins to be seen because of the check in system. Megan was my stylist and she's so sweet and informative! She explained the perks of being in the system. One being that you have a week to return and get your hair fixed or shorter, if you aren't happy!! Great service! Two, if you buy products, you can return it for a refund if it doesn't work or you don't like it! I have to say, for a $17 haircut, that's a great value!! I came in with long (to my waist line), straight hair that hasn't been cut in years! Megan looked at the picture I brought in and did a fabulous job! She double checked the length before she cut and made sure everything was even. I got it cut to my collar bone length and had long layers put in to lighten it

Amber has cut my hair since she was at smart styles. I would not trust anyone else with my hair. Had her to make my hair healthy again as it needed due to summer damage from the pool. She did a wonderful job. My hair is even and light again. She knows what is needed for my hair every time I come to her. The fact she remembers her customers is amazing to me. So many people to see and with that most want the same trim or style and she can remember what they get. Amber has always done great on my hair.

Me and my mom have been getting our hair done by Amber who works at great clips for a while now. She is the sweetest and can do hair very well. We just went a few weeks ago to get our hair cut at her new work place (great clips) and as always she did not disappoint. She always gives us what we ask for and over all does a great job. I recommend going to her she is so sweet and good at doing hair.

I had a great experience at the Rogersville Great Clips. This location is much closer for me. Megan cut my hair and she did a great job cutting my hair and was very meticulous. Probably the best hair cut I've had in a few years. This shop is in a great location too.

I started coming to Amber on a whim while she worked at the looking glass & have followed her everywhere she’s went since . I even brought my boys to her. I have naturally very thick coarse curly hair and knows exactly how to work with it. She listens to what I want and does exactly what I want and triple checks before she does it. She’s even been a listening ear to anything I blab about. Amber is simple amazing & I would recommend her to everybody .
