Very Sweet Gym! Has an amazing community, and a very nice atmosphere so you don’t feel judged or pressured. Not sure what ur doing? ask members they are very nice! The gym also has a weight loss program if you’re interested in the gym for that specific reason, i can’t speak too much on it because i haven’t gave it a try but iv heard good things about it! I’d recommend giving it a go the owners are very welcoming and will make sure you feel welcomed and comfortable.

Hidden gem. best place to work out cheap monthly price for24 hr access. The owners Chad and Lacy offer a lot from meals and fit family challenges. I wish more people would come. I am 56 and I feel great now after having my macros and exercise routine given to me finally seeing real changes to my body composition. Can't recommend this gym enough!

This is the best gym! Locally owned and operated Chad and Lacy are the best They make you feel right at home here! No one‘s here judging you no one‘s here bothering you. I love working out here. They have personalized workout plans available meal plans available. They also have a meal service here to help you stay on track! Protein milkshakes that are amazing! It’s a one stop shop! Lol If you’ve never been, you need to try it! They have affordable prices as well! ❤️

They have a lot of equipment for upper and lower body.The owners are really friendly. We just got a membership here because some of my friends go here and my daughter insists. The 100$ + monthly membership fee was a little steep for my liking but we really need to loose some weight. Most of the equipment needs a good cleaning from top to bottom. I never see anyone cleaning the equipment after they use it. The tanning beds top acrylic is cracked which does not seem safe. Plus there is never any eyewear so I bought my own. Im sure people steal them. The door to the tanning bed never locks. But they say there going to fix it. My daughter has walked in on me multiple times and thank God its her and not anyone else. There are 2 bulbs missing which is not ideal. The price for tanning is an extra

The best little family owned gym. Lots of equipment for upper and lower. Always improving and adding new stuff for us. And did I mention you can also get healthy food after your lift? Added bonus.
