I brought my 11 month old son in earlier today to get his first haircut done. When I say Tiffany was SO patient with him, that's an understatement. She was fantastic and him and myself will definitely be back when it's time for his next trim. Great customer service!!

Omg! The lady Debbie is horrid! She totally chopped my hair. Since you have been working there for years, I recommend you go elsewhere. You never showed me how short my hair would be you just stay cutting. When I looked up I wanted to cry. The lady didn't even part my hair and she wanted to cut first. She is lazy. The manager fixed it well. I am in utter shock. How do you let this happen? This is the second bad cut I had in years.

I have never encountered service like I have at the Rocky Mount NC Great Clips Salon with stylist Tiffany. I went in for a simple shampoo and blowout but my hair was so tangled after the shampoo (like I could never Imagine possible) from a product that was applied to my hair prior but Tiffany insisted on detangling my hair and even styling it after the hour of detangling. She was unbelievably kind and patient with me and my hair that I cried in her chair. I wanted to pay her after shampooing my hair and leave to finish it on my own after taking up so much of her time but she made me stay so she could also style it for me. It was meant for me to stop here and meet Tiffany. 100/10 from me!

Went in yesterday for a haircut. My hair was natural, not straightened. Straightened my hair this morning and it is so uneven! Never had a haircut come out so bad in my life. Not sure if the “stylists” name but she had bright red dreads. If I had known the cut was so uneven yesterday, I would have tipped her nothing. Stay away from this place, the “stylists” don’t know what they are doing.
