I wear my hair in a pony tail and hadn’t been in for a cut since June. I asked for 2.5 inches off the length, which she did. Four minutes later she says we are done. I had to ask her to clean up the back of the neck. She never offered to trim my eyebrows or anything else. She asked how my haircut felt and I told her I can’t feel a haircut. Only then did she put the mirror up so I could see the back of my head. Rockford, MI location. Do better Great Clips.

I went in to get a simple cut, and then get my hair blow-dried. I entered the facility with freshly washed and wet hair. My stylist started out fine, but soon it was clear did not know what she was doing. Said she couldn't get the back to match the front, I asked if she could just do a v tapered cut so all of my dead ends got cut. She called a manager over who needed up doing my hair cut with ease. I also got layers and face framing. Once that was done the manager checked with the staff to see if she was ok doing the blow dry and round brushed under as I had requested. I am almost 40, I have gotten my hair blow dried more times than I care to count. This was the absolute worst experience.
