Rockford Barber Shop

I need to share my fantastic and kind experience with my hair stylist, Katy (sorry if not spelled correctly!). First, I want to say that I was a brand new, never before seen customer new to the barbershop. I was out of town and went elsewhere and received a rather poor haircut fade. As a military guy, I could not look the way I did before. I needed it fixed and looking sharp ASAP for a military honor guard event. I called Katy, and despite a full schedule and never meeting or knowing me, she got me in her busy schedule and saved the day. Even more so at no cost. I felt bad as I only had card, but reinsured that I will return with a “I owe you”. She was kind, professional, and I received a great fixed haircut. She got me looking right for my military event. Mike is an extremely kind and one of the most detail attentive barbers I have ever met. His ability to make you feel welcome in his chair is effortless and it's fun to chat. His service is great and his skills are solid. Usually I have to ask for adjustments to get it the way I like, but his attention to detail took that need away completely. Thanks Mike!

Mike and Brittany are both quick as giving great haircuts without making you feeling rushed. The shop is bright, clean, and welcoming. The clientele are cheerful and upbeat from my experience. Call ahead since they keep busy.

Visited for the first time today and was extremely impressed and happy with the result. I normally get a high and tight with a flattop and Mike is the first barber who has managed it out of the box after my previous barber retired. Aaron was friendly and helpful and was moving though customers while I waited for Mike and my appointment. Focused, attentive, detail oriented describes the place - get an appointment, waiting for an opening may be time consuming. Cash only - highly recommend.
