Great Clips

I came here to get a cut for my 2 kids, I walked in and I was told to go online to check in. Understandable since the place was full and they seemed busy. I checked in and was told I was #13 and wait time is 70 minutes. I was in the car with my kids outside and I kept waiting bcos I was supposed to get a text when my time was getting closer. I saw my name move up to #7 then all of a sudden my name was dropped off the list. Apparently they canceled my reservation bcos I wasn't in the store. Mind you I was never told I had to wait in the store, hiw was I supposed to contain 2 toddlers in a packed store with no chairs? Recieved no text msg because I had been only waiting for 38 minutes instead of 70 minutes like it said. I tried to find out what went wrong and if they could still cut my kids

It's a first time that i entered any Great Clips store because kids recommend me to visit and use the discount coupon. Before this always always i just visited the normal hair cutting salons where the cost was still $4.99 for hair cutting but this time i just tried to change instead to go at Fry Road. This was a neat and clean environment and i enjoyed to visit them and I was very satisfied the service i got. I used the discount coupon and that was an easy process. As its my hobby where ever i visit, i write the google review and i tries to get multiple images and videos. I got a question regarding my images and i tried to explain them.
