Great Clips

Always go here, especially for my yearly free haircut for Veterans. Got a great high fade, the stylist lined me up great especially since my front hairline has a mind of its own. She was very kind, funny and did great work! Can't say enough how thankful I am for today's visit!

If I could give zero stars I would. Have been going to this location for close to 2 yrs. Today was the worst experience possible. One of the ladies asked me if I checked in online I told her yes. She didn’t spend 1 millisecond trying to find my notes she just said I don’t see any notes, then when I sat down she asked me what kind of haircut do you usually get before I could completely get the first sentence out she was shaving off the sides with a 1. I usually get a 1 on the side with a fade into the top. She shaved it so high there was no chance to fade it. My hair is awful by the way it’s very light on top so haircuts are very important, a terrible one can lead to having to shave your head for the rest of your life. Used the app to check in. Headed to the salon 30 mins later as it asked Me too. Walked in and saw my name as first on the list but not check in. Waited for one of the three ladies to greet me and confirm my check in. None of them did so. Took a seat. Another lady came in and was almost immediately checked in. Just don’t understand the point of using the app if the cosmetologists don’t use it or value it when the customer gets there.

Lisa is awesome. She always cuts my hair just right. I will wait on her if I need to. Great personality and knows what she's doing.

It truly depends on who you get if you actually get a good hair cut or not. The woman who cut my son's hair rushed through it and completely messed it up, just asked for a simple fade and it looks terrible. Highly upset.
