Great Clips

We had a haircut for my son and husband today.while the lady ( straight black hair) was doing haircut for my child, i clearly was asking for a partition to be done before the haircut. The person was rude and just told me she know what she was doing. She didnt even wet the hair and just was in rush while doing it. Once it finished then when i was complaining the haircut was not good, then she came up and saying that she can correct now or we can come after 2 days . Im not sure what so much for them to do a haircut of what we ask. We have been coming here couple of times, and this will be last in here. Really diappointed!!

I've been to the North Greenbush location 3 times and the Glenmont spot once... At each of these visits, I've tried to use a coupon with no luck... Again today, I signed in for a coupon, your system said I had all ready done so...and I had...but never received a coupon..so whats the secret to actually receiving that mysterious coupon????

Last great clips I’ll ever go to. Gave them a second shot? And nope they didn’t ask me anything before just butching me. Was looking for an inch off and they cut probably 3x that. Never again

Veronica at Great Clips North Greenbush is the best! She’s detail-oriented, doesn’t rush like stylists at other places, and I always leave with a great haircut. I recommend her to all my friends and family.

I don't recommend this place at all. It's best to get a haircut at home. They charged $24 for a 5-minute scissor cut with no skill involved. My hair wasn’t even properly covered by a cape, so I ended up with hair all over my T-shirt. On top of that, the haircut was terrible. The back was uneven, and Gabby even cut a weird shape—she couldn’t manage a straight line with the clippers.
