No appointments, walk-ins only. After reading through many of the reviews, I chose Miss Carlena to cut my hair. I showed her one photo and explained what I wanted. She executed it perfectly. No trying to sell me additional services or talk my ear off. Price was incredibly reasonable. I only took off one star because the music playing in the background was in the 2000's genre and highly sexual in nature, which made me a little uncomfortable. I'd suggest staying in the 80's/90's or sticking to a genre that rarely offends, like pop, country, or easy listening. The song lyrics were not modest enough for my taste, and there were people present who were much older than me. Thank you.

Logged in online and was already checked on when I arrived. Short wait as you know when to get there. Karen was professional and pleasant as usual. As my regular stylist, she knows what I want. Always look good at the conclusion.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been coming to Great Clips for my monthly haircut, and I’m really happy with how much the experience has improved. I had some concerns in the past about an unpleasant smell in the salon, but I’m glad to say that’s completely a thing of the past — the place smells clean and fresh now! As always, Terry did an amazing job. She’s the sweetest and always gives me the perfect cut every time. It’s nice to know I can count on her to make me look and feel great after every visit. The stylists are so amazing here at this location, but the place smells like they have a sewage problem. We come here once a month, every month for my son's haircut because the stylists are so good at this location. Management really needs to address the issue of where the smell is coming from. It's off-putting to the customers, and I can't imagine it's easy on the stylists who have to smell this all day while working. This would be a 5-star review due to the great service, but the sewage smell makes it hard to want to keep coming back to this location.

I have had the best haircut experiences with Terry and Angie at this location! They have been patient and great listeners about cutting my hair. I highly recommend Falls Pointe Great Clips!
