Great service at good price. Stylists always get my haircut exactly as asked for in a timely manner. Online check in is easy and convenient. I highly recommend Great Clips!!!

Been here a couple of times but today was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. I'm still livid over the older woman cutting a massive amount off without reading prior notes! I stressed the notes before she began and she buzzed me up the sides so bad I look like one of the 3 stooges with a bowl cut 😭😭. I had to chop my own hair when I got home just to make it look decent.

The last two cuts I have received were uneven around the ears and my length-related instructions were ignored. I paid $23 to look worse than when I came in. I feel uncomfortable asking for a refund because work was performed, but I did not tip and I will not be returning.

I check in at home and traveled 20 mnutes to get there. I remained the first name on the list, so I was able to get in quickly. Got a great a haircut and advice on 'home care."

If I could rate negative stars I would my wife took my son for his first barber shop hair cut and the lady was nice but absolutely butchered my sons hair now he has his first day of 4th grade..... u people are garbage .....(NEW) I will retract my statement they have called and took accountability i appreciate the quick response from the manager Thanks Leah
