Great Clips

Always a great haircut here! I have been going here for 5+ years, and have never had a bad experience. The employees are so friendly and helpful, and the shop itself is always SUPER clean despite being super busy. If you're not going right when it opens, I would highly encourage using the online check-in feature - it makes a big difference in wait time. I will be back every month for a fresh cut!

I received a haircut today from an older woman at this shop, I apologize that I did not catch her name. I was extremely frustrated by my experience. I instructed her to follow my hairline for length and layer / feather the rest. We referred to a picture from the front cover of one of their books, very similar to the first attached image. I've gotten this exact cut my entire life. She did an exceptional job with the length and style for the majority of it. However, once she reached the back of my neck, there was a lot of unnecessary confusion. As I doodled in the second posted image, what she did was basically a mullet - much longer around the bottom of my neck, which made it naturally flip outwards in many directions. Worst haircut I’ve ever had. A girl named Angel didn’t listen to anything I said on how I wanted it cut. I picked her out when I arrived only because she looked like she was doing a good job on the guy she was working on. But he was getting a very short cut that’s much easier to do. I know because I was a hair stylist when I was younger. I was trying to grow my hair out and asked for just a trim and she cut off way too much and even the sides were uneven and I had to ask her to even out the back which you could see was uneven too. I think she just doesn’t understand how to really layer or blend because she was just taking big sections and cutting not really caring at all. Maybe the other hair dressers were better, but I know you get what you pay. I will go back to Great Clips, but not this

I can't remember the name of the wonderful man who cuts my hair at the Pleasant Hill location. He always makes me feel relaxed and he does a consistent great job.

Hung cut my hair and not only did an excellent job but was super friendly and professional. Great, A+ experience.
