I can ALWAYS rely on Arien to first of all, listen to me regarding the look I want to attain, and then to actually implement a haircut that I am extremely happy with. Her talent as a hairdresser by far exceeds the norm of the average haircut one would expect at Great Clips, which provides an affordable and budget friendly experience . Thank you Great Clips, for retaining such conscientious and superior help.

Online check-in is a total mess. Status said I was next in line with zero minutes to wait then they take someone else and my time goes up 6m. This is 50+m after initial checkin. Then yet another customer is taken next and my time increases again to 10m

Literally 4 min hair cut. Buzzed way high up to the top. Scissors were 30 sec. Really bad. Didn’t speak a word. I look ridiculous. Now I get to wear a hat for a month. They’ve been good here in the past but now it’s like you’re in the land of misery.

The name Great Clips must of been inspired by Devin...because she always gives me the greatest clip eva!!!! Devin is definitely worth a special request even if you have to wait. It seems like everyone wants Devin. Devin is heaven...when it comes to a Great Clip.

After going to several hair salons in my 50 so years and having curly hair to boot, I never have high expectations. I went to see Andi yesterday at the Church St. location and it was literally the best cut I have ever had. She did exactly what I wanted and copied a photo beautifully. She took her time and didn't rush me out the door. I can't say enough. Andi you have gained a life long client!
