The space itself makes the experience even more special. The building is historic and full of character—it was originally the site of Pembroke’s first schoolhouse and includes a beautifully preserved old barn. You can feel the charm and history the moment you walk in, while still enjoying a modern, relaxing atmosphere. I've enjoyed 3 pedicures with Lisa and look forward to the next one! The personalized treatment is so wonderful compared to the other nail salons that push you through like an assembly line. The facility is warm and friendly, CLEAN, and offers just about every other treatment you could imagine to pamper yourself.

I absolutely love this place. The vibe, and all the people are amazing. I have been getting my hair cut /colored from Kris Somers and facials from Cheryl Hornstra.. I walk out of there each and every time with a smile on my face. I’ve also had services for pedicures and massages. They never disappoint. I highly suggest you check it out!

I’ve had several experiences at Personal Best, Utopia Place Salon in Pembroke. The level of care and cleanliness is outstanding and the technicians are impeccable. I use the dazzle dry system and with recent concerns about gel polish, it is refreshing to know that this polish is being used and safe for my natural nails. Bonus, it lasts at least two weeks! Always great service and competitive prices in a spa setting. Lindsey is my go to technician and a lovely girl!
